Willow and her world, isn't what we think it is. Willow is special, and has the ability to read people's emotions and affect them. She's been doing this her whole life. When something her dreams start to change dad decides to fill her in on her heritage and decide its time to take her back home to be safe.
I gotta say, I absolutely loved this book. I fell in love with Willow and Landen. They're love was the thing fairytales are made of and so deeply beautiful, you can't help but be jealous of. I love a story that's not about finding your soulmate but how when you found them, you're stronger for it. I love this world that Jamie has invented (or perhaps it really exist) and how her other books live in the same world but revolve around other characters.
I'm going to go back to sleep to dream more about Willow and Landen.
Jamie Magee has always believed that each of us have a defining gift that sets us apart from the rest of the world, she has always envied those who have known from their first breath what their gift was. Not knowing hers, she began a career in the fast paced world of business. Raising a young family, and competing to rise higher in that field would drive some to the point of insanity, but she always found a moment of escape in a passing daydream. Her imagination would take her to places she’d never been, introduce her to people she’s never known. Insight, her debuting novel, is a result of that powerful imagination. Today, she is grateful that not knowing what defined her, led her on a path of discovery that would always be a part of her.
