November was raised in NY with her "mom" who never was much of a mom. After being attacked on her way home, she decides it's time to get to know her dad better and move to Tennessee where it's safer. Along with her dog Beast, who saved her life the night she was attacked, November starts her new life but it seems that trouble just follows her.
November meets Asher and its dumbstruck by his near perfection, until he opens his mouth and the jerk just falls right out of it. But when he asks her out, she just can't say no. When he takes her home from their date, she finds her house has been broken into and a cryptic message has been left for her. Has her NY trouble followed her to Tennessee or does she just have terrible luck? Asher is bound and determined to keep her safe.
I loved Asher. I loved November. Asher is a hot alpha male, dead set on protecting November. He's sweet, bossy, hot, protective. All good things when put together. And November, she's smart, fiesty, strong and yet, knows when to relent.
Oh and Asher's brothers ((swoon)) I can't decide who I want more.
If I could request the perfect novel to write, this novel would come pretty close. ***Spoilery**** there's nothing I love more then a romance novel where the couple gets together fairly early on and their relationship builds and grows. The struggle that makes a good story occurs outside of the relationship and only helps to build their love. No dramatics between them. No break ups. No misunderstandings that are blown significantly out of proportion because no one knows how to communicate. Just good love with a hot alpha man who has a tight knit family. Beauty.
